The directions for dining were impeccable, with a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance, including the Urban Kitchen and Legend Restaurant Chinese. the ironing facilities were a great convenience, allowing me to look my best for a night out in the city. the terrace was a lovely spot to unwind with a cup of tea from the complimentary tea and coffee facilities. Overall, I was blown away by the attention to detail and the exceptional level of comfort at this hotel, exceeding all my expectations. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham.
